Megève — Le Planellet

Chalet Bellecombe

Asking price

€11,700,000

House of wood and glass set in a coniferous forest

The property

The chalet was built in 2017 on the site of a nineteenth-century alpine farm, on a south-facing slope of the Planellet without any overlooking — a situation now almost impossible to find at this altitude in the commune.

The dry-stone wall from the original farm was dismantled stone by stone, numbered, and then rebuilt identically: it now crosses the main volume from end to end, separating the reception area from the sleeping quarters. It is the only element preserved, and the entire project was designed around it.

The facades combine naturally aged larch and raw concrete formwork finish. The whole is heated by a geothermal system, and the property benefits from ski-to-door access via an established and registered easement.

Exact address and plans communicated after meeting, at the family's request.
