Designed in 1964 by a student of Barragán, the villa has known only two families. The grounds descend in three terraces to a private jetty; the late afternoon light flows through the house from end to end.

Seven out of ten sales are concluded without any listing ever being made. A property rarely leaves a family by chance: there is always a moment, certain conditions, and often just one person to whom one wishes to pass it on.
Our work is to know both sides well enough to understand when to bring them together. We decline mandates we cannot defend, and we never disclose a seller's name without their explicit permission.

We do not engage in rental management, property management, or online valuation. What we do, we do completely.
